Understanding Shipping and Handling Costs

The shipping charges include postage, handling and packing materials.

Please understand when getting something shipped that the price you see on your package for postage will be less than we charged you. Why? Because the handling part takes quite a bit of time with art work than other less vulnerable products (like books, CD’s, etc.). It needs to be packed with great care. This takes a lot of time with even small pieces. Basically, wrapping materials, new or used, and time wrapping and driving to postal services cost more than the postage itself. We will still give you the lowest shipping charge we can in each case.
Returns & Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges will be given as store credit only and must be made within 5 days of the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. Return shipping is at buyers expense.

• Customers may return a photograph for store credit as long as it is undamaged and unopened from it’s clear protective sleeve.

• Paintings can be returned for store credit only after careful inspection of the painting is made and it is found to be in perfect condition. It is advised that before returning a painting that you call Strazza Gallery for proper return procedure for your protection.

• Deposits on custom orders such as framing or commissioned works are non refundable.

• Returned items that require shipping: Cost of shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. (Local or international)



Most orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are processed and shipped in 4 – 8 business days, depending on product availability. We currently ship in the USA only unless special arrangements are made – see below. Photographs that are out of stock and need to be printed will take 2 weeks. Large paintings will be shipped by specialized carriers.
International Shipping

We ship to various parts of the world. Shipping can be done via UPS, DHL and other private carriers. It’s expensive and requires a detailed account from shipper what is included. Sometime various taxes, duties and tariffs are not included by a carrier. We can make special arrangements for international shipping or you can make arrangements with your trusted carriers.

We reserve the right not to accept orders or ship to certain places.
